I had just sold my condo and ready to buy my first home. The Realtor I was using at the time was a disaster. Any home we looked at, she was like "You should buy this house", regardless of my opinion on what I liked, disliked or needed. This other Realtor did not pay attention to the details I requested like school district, cost etc., which were major factors to my decision. She did not take the time to explain things either and spoke to me in a condesending manner. In the meantime, I was running out of time trying to avoid a double move and had to move out of the condo I just sold. My best friend, who just bought her home using her Realtor named, "Marty" emphatically begged me to give him a call. I wish I had taken her advice sooner, because I wasted so much time and money using the other Realtor.
Mr. Ciebien was responsive to my needs and wants. He clearly took the time to learn what I was looking for in a house, not what he was looking for. Mr. Ciebien was honest, smart, patient, understanding and not at all self serving. Mr. Ciebien always looked out for my best interest and clearly loves the work he does. Words fail me to express the gratitude that I feel for this man and his wonderful wife. Mr. Ciebien not only handles his clients professionally, but he also goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that his clients' needs are met.
